In view of the above problems, the goal of our invention is to provide an arrhythmia-diagnosing device that is capable of predicting and diagnosing electrical wave tornados, one cause of arrhythmia, by using a non-dimensional parameter, to identify patients at risk of death or brain death from arrhythmias and significantly reduce the mortality of these patients.
